====== Vincent Gregorsson ====== **The Reverend Vincent Gregorsson - Friend of the Knights** A friend of the knights for many years, Vincent first joined our company during the meetings at Godstow and was instrumental in investigating a number of foul beasts, including, but not limited to, the stone imps in York, the sluagh in the sewers of London, a dragon on the Forthwick estate, negotiating with trolls, and the sea serpent in the Mediterranean. His final adventure was against the most dangerous beast of all: human ambition. Vincent's work was instrumental in the deposition of the anti-pope Thomas of Tynemouth, having used his extraordinary skill in calligraphy to identify a number of forged letters implicating Goda Tirel as a member of the Inquisition, directing suspicions away from Thomas of Tynemouth's own Inquisition allegiance. He was cut down by an agent working on the anti-pope's behalf. //Seen on a plaque in the knights headquarters in a hall commemorating their fallen members// **The First Abbot of Skegness** Vincent Gregorsson was the rock upon which the order in Skegness has been built, and his qualities are still seen as one of the distinguishing features of our order. His kindness and patience endeared him to many, as well as his tenacity and willingness to assist in causes championed by others. //Part of a book on the history of the Abbey of Skegness// **Gregorsson Wine** Using an ancient recipe recently rediscovered, this light and fruity wine is best enjoyed on a summer's evening, with a light cheese board. //Seen on a bottle of blue wine, with an image of a friar. The friar looks nothing like Vincent Gregorsson// {{tag> eternity}}
